ASP.net programming

I have a client whose entire sites are hard-coded. They're not quite ready to rebuild the site so changes and updates need to be done by someone who knows how to code. The sites are mrpworkshop.com and modernretirementplanning.com. I have a list of small tasks that need to be done this week, if possible. I'm not going to say how long this should take until I pick someone and they give me some suggestions. It could be 2 hours. It could be 5 hours. I'm not sure if it won't include any other type of coding. We're lazy WordPress and Woocommerce types who are lost in this kind of situation.
