Rebuild Process Flow in Microsoft Project

We have a construction process flow previously created in Microsoft Project and need the file to be re-built using the same application.
The process flow should be broken in to two parts:
1. Pre-Build
2. Build
The Pre-Build phase should be empty as we will populate this later. The build phase should be populated based on the file attached
