MS Project Setup & Reporting

I’m ready to build out a new schedule in Microsoft Project and want expert help getting everything right from the start. My focus is on two areas—project setup & planning and ongoing tracking & reporting—using a hybrid methodology that blends Agile checkpoints with classic Waterfall phase gates.
Here’s what I need:
• Initial file configuration: calendars, WBS, dependencies, and resource pool created in Microsoft Project so the schedule reflects our hybrid workflow.
• Baseline & tracking structure: set baselines, custom fields, and variance views that let me see earned value, sprint burn-down, percent complete, and critical path at a glance.
• Reporting toolkit: build printable and dashboard-style reports (timeline, milestone chart, cost overview, variance) that auto-update for weekly status reviews.
• Knowledge transfer: a short walk-through or set of annotated notes so I can maintain the plan once it’s handed over.
Deliver the .mpp file plus any report templates. The file must open in the current desktop version of Microsoft Project without compatibility issues.
