MS Project Schedule Rescheduling
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
My current Microsoft Project (.mpp) schedule no longer reflects reality. We are experiencing project delays driven by vendor delays, and the tasks hit hardest are the service-provision activities. I need the entire plan re-baselined so dates, dependencies, and resource allocations line up with the new circumstances while keeping critical-path integrity intact.
You will receive the existing file and a brief on each vendor-dependent activity. I expect an updated project calendar, revised task links, refreshed milestones, and a clean comparison between the old and new baselines so I can present the impact clearly to stakeholders.
