Project Plan & Trello Setup
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I’m looking to tighten up my overall project timeline while making day-to-day coordination smoother for the team. All of our high-level planning now sits in Microsoft Project, but the schedule needs a professional touch—clean dependencies, a realistic critical path, and clear milestone tracking.
Alongside that, I’d like our execution space in Trello brought up to the same standard. I need new boards and lists that mirror the MS Project work breakdown, Butler-powered automations to keep cards moving without constant oversight, and an easy way to generate progress reports straight out of Trello.
By the end, I expect an updated .mpp file reflecting an optimized schedule, a fully configured Trello workspace, and a brief hand-off guide so my team can maintain everything on their own. If you’re confident in Microsoft Project and comfortable building automation and reporting flows inside Trello, let’s talk about the next steps.
