Project Management Consultancy Support
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m seeking an outside perspective to sharpen the way I run my projects. My immediate priorities are:
• Project planning and scheduling – audit my current Microsoft Project files, suggest realistic baselines, then deliver an updated, resource-loaded schedule (.mpp).
• Risk management – create a clear register that scores, prioritises and ties mitigation actions to owners and dates.
• Performance monitoring and reporting – design a lightweight dashboard or set of MS Project views that let me track earned value, cost variance and schedule health at a glance.
I will give you full access to my existing schedules and supporting data. Please outline the approach you would follow, examples of similar work, and the timeframe you need to turn around an initial draft. Final hand-over will include the revised MS Project file, the risk register (Excel or similar), the reporting template, and a short explanatory brief so I can maintain everything myself.
