MS Project Expertise for Schedule Optimisation

I’m working in the subscription (cloud) version of MS Project and need your expertise to tidy up a single schedule.
First, the Actual % Complete field is entered manually at task level, yet its roll-up to summary tasks is off. I need the roll-up logic corrected so every summary line shows an accurate aggregate without breaking my ability to type percentages on individual tasks.
Next, I want a dedicated Status field that flips automatically from “In Progress” to “Completed” or “Delayed” according to the Actual % Complete value you just stabilised. No manual edits in that column—just a clean formula I can reuse in other plans.
Finally, I’d like a simple RAG graphical indicator tied to that Status field so each task and summary row instantly displays green, amber, or red in line with its status.
