Organize the development of an ecommerce platform

We are developing a 3d supermarket experience that allows the user to walk in 3d and purchase items. The job is comprised of frontend and backend work. I have made diagrams, timelines and powerpoint presentations but they need organization. I expect the freelancer to use software like MS Project or equivalent. A detailed technical plan(with workforce) is required. The freelancer should have knowledge of frontend and backend development.I am available to respond to any question.
