Gantt Chart Creation for Town Planning
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of a Gantt chart that provides a detailed timeline for tasks and consultant inputs associated with obtaining Town Planning approval for a multi-unit development project. The chart should be created using MS Project and should also include a cashflow analysis for the associated tasks.
I have commenced inputting of tasks and can provide additional information which will enable completion of the task - there should only be an hour’s worth of work
Key requirements include:
- Detailed task listings: see above - The Gantt chart should encompass all tasks related to the planning approval process, including site analysis and surveys, consultant reports and assessments, submission of the planning application, and preparation of architectural drawings. It should also include a monthly cashflow and highlight critical path dates and milestones.
- Cashflow analysis: The cashflow section of the Gantt chart should itemize and detail costs associated with various aspects of the project, specifically consultant fees, permitting costs, and architectural expenses.
Additionally, the Gantt chart should highlight key milestones, specifically the planning application submission date and the start and finish of various consultants' reports.
