I already work confidently in Microsoft Project Planner, yet I want to sharpen the way I run full-scale product development programmes. I’m looking for an expert who can coach me live—screen-sharing, real files, real scenarios—so I can master three areas in particular: resource allocation, timeline / schedule optimisation, and formal risk management inside the tool.
Here is what I have in mind:
• A short discovery call to outline my current workflow and the specific product roadmap we will use as a case study.
