Add existing webapp as Microsoft Teams app -- 2

Looking for an expert to help us quickly create a Microsoft teams app from our existing web application. Maybe with "Tabs" so we can just embed our existing app.
Our web app helps companies and coworking spaces manage a variety of things like bookings, events and payments. One of our customers is looking to access these features from within Microsoft teams.
Scope:
1. Create a custom app listing for us in Microsoft teams
2. List the app in the app exchange store
3. Embed our web app / so users can make bookings
4. Authentication and user management. (Automatically create / delete users based on teams users)
5. Fine tuning: allow users to select a space while using the Microsoft calendar
