Troubleshoot current PowerBi Table

I am looking for a PowerBi expert who can troubleshoot and fix the issue with my current PowerBi table. The specific issue I am experiencing is that the visualizations are not displaying correctly. See attached file - some records are not showing associated data unless I remove two columns, then the data to the left appears.
