Training working with Dates in Powerbi, SLAs, working days and hours.

I have a table with tickets, creation date and closure date. I wanted to figure out how long it takes to solve a ticket but some questions arouse about what I need to consider.
1.- Time zone for tickets from other regions
2.- Working days - weekends and holidays.
3.- Working hours
