Support Role for Office 365 and PowerBi

Need help setting up 365.
This initially will be an advisory/instructive role (where good spoken and written English is essential) you will advise/instruct me how to fix/setup :-
Office 365
1) Multiple Emails and Shared Mailboxes
2) Calendars so that private calendar(s) appointments show as unavailable on work calendar
3) integrate Gmail calendar with outlook
This has potential , to become a regular part-time support role, for the individual that is proactive and shows imitative and provides good observations and improvement suggestions
PowerBi
Provide a dashboard for parts delivery based on HTML table(s) of data received weekly - Dashboard will show cumulative monthly and yearly figures - structured around each part number. We should be able to drill down to monthly, weekly and ultimately individual daily order. It is expected that Future Dashboards will be required regularly
