PowerBi Wind direction and speed rose plot

For this Project what we want to achieve is a plot where we can see the wind direction and speed on power bi. We would provide the needed data in a table with the speed, direction and a stamp value as we want to be able to choose the time that the plot represent. We are aiming for something that refresh dinamically and where no manual action is needed.
