PowerBI specialist to create dashboards
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 NZD
PowerBI contract role: To deploy the Jira Service Manager (JSM) platform to replace our current ZenDesk system for managing service requests, problems, incidents. You will need to replicate reporting dashboards for each of our customers, based on ZenDesk dashboards (ZenDesk “explore” dashboards):
o Tickets per customer
o Efficiency of ticket handling
o Assignee activity
o Unsolved tickets
o Satisfaction
o SLA compliance levels
Data set exists, but needs to be better developed.
You must be based in New Zealand and preferably be able to attend an induction in our office in Auckland.
