PowerBI Scheduled Refresh Issue

I have a PowerBI Dashboard project built in and facing issue scheduling refresh for it and it gives an error attached, I want someone experienced to troubleshoot this issue.
Here is more inputs:
1. This is taking source from a WebApp using it's API key.
2. Webapp is a SaaS based application.
