I'm seeking a PowerBI expert to create a dashboard primarily focused on tracking our Service Desk requests. As this will be primarily used by management, the dashboard should present data in an accessible, insightful way. There will be 4 dashboards:
1. Asset Management
2. Service Desk
3. Preventive Maintenance
4. Digital Checklist
Key Components:
- Focus on Service Desk tracking, with potential for future expansion to other areas
- Clear, concise presentation of data suitable for management level
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Previous experience in creating management-level dashboards
- Understanding of IT Service Management metrics
- Ability to anticipate and plan for future dashboard requirements
