Power BI Report

We have lost our power bi template file in excel, we need to create the dashboard and we also have a screenshot of how the dashboard looked so all thats here. We also have the file in excel whcih we need to upload with the demo data. Require this urgently now as our power BI guy is off sick. Please see the attached.
