Power BI DAX help creating dynamic table or graph

Hi there, I am creating a dashboard which I need to combine few measure for activity users in a month.
The metric i use is low,medium, high based on departmernt, person, and year month selection. I am counting the interaction per month.
What I need to do is to create a dynamic graph where I can connect everything. I can not sahre the file for security reason, we have to connect using alternative method.
Need help on a few thing in DAX, this is a 2-3 hour max project.
