Need Power BI Dashboard - Budget Tracking / YoY Sales Comp

I have built an Excel dashboard using Power Query. It is attached. I would like to expand upon it. I also need help in setting up the data to automatically update from exports out of my ERP system. That way anyone can look at this dashboard and it will be "real-time". I want to use Power BI so I can embed this dashboard into Teams. Currently the Excel dashboard has a "Budget" tab and a "Sales" tab. I would like the budget tab to be a bit more "future orientied" and I belive there is some good data in the ERP that can help with this. As far as the sales tab, I'd like to be able to dig deeper into YoY trends, such as customer level and product level. We can discuss this in much more detail.
