Help Publish my PowerBI Dashboards to the web

I have created some PowerBI dashboards but I can't "Publish them to the web". Anytime users have to access, they must first sign in and I don't want it that way. I need help in subscribing to PowerBI Pro without necessarily becoming the Admin for my organization. I need it for my private works.
