To provide actionable insights through visual analytics to both recruiters and account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand specific data analytics needs and dashboard requirements.
Identify and integrate data sources required for the dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Design and implement a series of interactive visualizations that represent key metrics such as applicant volumes, job opening statuses, recruitment channel effectiveness, and more.
Implement user access controls to ensure data security and role-based data visibility.
Optimize the dashboard for mobile access and ensure cross-device compatibility.
Provide documentation on the dashboard’s data model, source integration, and user instructions.
Conduct training sessions for staff to effectively navigate and utilize the dashboard.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Power BI development, including data modeling, creating visualizations, and dashboard design.
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and experience with various data sources.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
