Data Visualization via PowerBI

We are seeking a skilled Freelancer to develop a PowerBI Dashboard to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for a consulting business. The dashboard should enable us to analyze data on a weekly basis, with the ability to filter and drill down into specific time periods and categories.

Skillset & Experience:
- Strong understanding of PowerBI
- Previous work with sales data visualization
- Experience in designing time-dependent dashboards.

Key Requirements:
Create Visuals for the following KPIs:
-Average Response Time: Track average response time to consultation projects on a weekly basis, showing week-over-week change.
-Conversation Rate: (Accepted/Applied) Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Count of Completed Consultations: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Count of Accepted Consultations: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Count of Consultation Projects Applied: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Count of Applied Projects by Vendor: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Month-over-Month trend Count of Consultations Completed: Include counts of different types of consultations.
-Month-over-Month trend Count of Consultations Applied: Include counts of different types of consultations.
-Month-over-Month trend Count of Consultations Applied: Include counts of different types of consultations.
-Revenue Tracking: Filterable by Year, Month, Week and by type of consultation.
-Top 10 Topics: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.
-Top 10 Vendors: Filterable by Year, Month, Week.

Data Sources
Two Google Spreadsheets
-Spreadsheet 1: Contains month data in tabs.
-Spreadsheet 2: Contains additional relevant data.
Note: Some rows in the spreadsheets will need to be filtered out.

Deliverables
-A single PowerBI file that can be opened in PowerBI Desktop.
-The file should include all specified KPIs with the ability to filter by the defined criteria.
-Ensure the data is up-to-date and correctly visualized.

UI Requirements
-Professional, simple, and minimalistic design.
-Avoid just placing PowerBI widgets; ensure the design is cohesive and user-friendly.
-Use appropriate colors, fonts, and layouts to enhance readability and usability.
-Ensure the dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate.
