I'm in need of a professional who can help us develop reports through the integration of various data sources. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with PowerBI, APIs, spreadsheets, and other data sources, and will be working with a Snowflake database as the primary data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration: Combine data from Snowflake, APIs, and spreadsheets to create comprehensive reports within PowerBI.
- Dimensional Modeling: Use dimensional modeling techniques to structure the data effectively for analysis and use within PowerBI reports and dashboards.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with Snowflake databases.
- Extensive experience with data integration from various sources.
- Expertise in dimensional modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to create insightful reports.
- Experience with ETL tools like Rivery.
- Proven experience with relational databases and data warehousing design.
- Skilled in integrating diverse APIs for data extraction and loading.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
The project is expected to be completed within 6-12 months. The project will involve weekly video calls for progress updates and discussions. The reports will be developed primarily for business intelligence purposes. The reports will primarily focus on the consumer services industry, with reporting around brand site performance metrics. Other metrics will include safety metrics from Samsera, employee rates from UKG, etc.
