Creation of Microsoft Power BI Dashboard / Reports on a local Microsoft SQL server database

I would like someone to create various PowerBI dashboards or views of our data.

I would also like the same person to show me how to maintain them, change them and ultimately be able to create my own reports in the future however this is to be done after the first report has been created and signed off. Their will be many reports that need creating however for simplicity lets get started with various views on a Sales report. Views will include.

--Quotes showing number of quotes current month, number of quotes, Cost, Value and Gross Profit of quotes
-- Same as above for historical months

--Looking into the quote status
--Quotes that have not been accepted is not = 'A' and is not 'X'
--Quotes that have been accepted
--Quotes that have been completed but not invoiced.

I have the SQL code that gets me the data I wanted but I have no experience with PowerBi.
