Create Reporting Dashboard with PowerBi or Tableau

I am looking for a freelancer to create a reporting dashboard using either PowerBi or Tableau.

Data Sources:
- The dashboard should connect to Excel spreadsheets and or API/FTP

KPIs:
- I have specific KPIs that I want to measure.

Interactivity:
- The dashboard should be highly interactive with drill-down capabilities.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PowerBi or Tableau
- Experience in connecting dashboards to Excel spreadsheets and or FTP/API
- Ability to design highly interactive and visually appealing dashboards
- Strong understanding of KPIs and how to measure them effectively
