Create Power Bi Measure

Hello,
situation is the following. I have a file with transaction data of 8 stores from the same supermarket. Stores have unique identifiers. Product have names. And I have already created the measures profit, profit by product and profit margin.
Now I would like to compare the top 20 product from each store by profit margin and by profit per product and see if they are also in the overall top 20 list. There should be a new value created e.g. is_in_top20 and if yes -> return 1 or yes otherwise 0 or no.
Due to NDA you will NOT!!! get access to Power Bi file or data. I can give you the exact names with reference to table that are needed, with an example excel sheet.
