Build me a Address Search Widget based On ArcGIS for PowerBi -- 2

I want a developer who can create a address search widget using powerapps/custom visual for my powerbi dashboard. The address search widget should allow users to type any address and search. It should interact with the ArcGIS map and other visuals on my dashboard.
