outlook mail issue

I'm trying to get my outlook to sync with my iPhone. I'm I've had to delete both accounts I could log into one but the IMAP one, I'm putting in all the correct details and it's still not working. The password could be incorrect, but I'm pretty sure it's right.

What I'm after is to be able to add this extra email accounts and make sure both emails are syncing with the laptop
