I need someone to fix my outlook remotely. I cant receive or send emails

I am in need of a reliable freelancer to remotely fix my Outlook. I'm not sure what version I'm using, but it's most likely the most recent one. I have already tried restarting both my computer and Outlook, but I still can't receive or send any emails, and I'm not getting any error messages. Whoever takes on this task must be experienced in troubleshooting Outlook in order to get my system back up and running.
