I need an Outlook email expert PC

My email is a mess. Outlook currently wont archive stating Errors occured while archiving. Look for a detailed report in your Deleted Items Folder. There is no report. I need to delete some attempts to set up new archives. Its just too large and I cant lose any of the emails
