I need a Microsoft Outlook specialist

We are a franchise company and are undergoing an email migration with Vipre Technologies, from webmail to Vipre's Exchange. However, most of our users use Outlook platform for their email. We expect this project to take 4 - 6 months and know many of our users across the country will have Outlook issues. We need an expert available to our support team and users to be able to call when issues arise.
