email set up

I need help setting up my email accounts through Outlook. I am having problem setting up my gmail email on one specific computer. Every time we try we get a message ( on this one Dell computer only) the message comes up with We couldn't create the Outlook data file. Make sure the disk youré saving to isn't full or write protected and that the file isn't being used" HELP This email was set up in outlook until a few weeks ago when it stopped working for reasons unknown. Needing assistance
