display tasks from old .OST file

I'm looking for help in recovering tasks from a .OST file that was created with Outlook. Specifically, I need to be able to access all tasks that were stored in the file and have them imported into my current Outlook data file.
I am looking for an experienced Freelancer who can help me with this project. You would have to go through the .OST file and extract all of the tasks stored in it, and then import them into my current Outlook data file.

current error message when trying to open file in Outlook:
The set of folders cannot be opened. The file c:\Users\---.com – A4R.ost cannot be accessed. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange at least once before you can use your Outlook data file (.ost)
