Virtual Assistant for Scheduling & Research
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need an experienced virtual assistant who can jump in immediately to keep my calendar organised and handle light research assignments. All scheduling is managed through Microsoft Outlook, so you should be fully comfortable proposing, confirming, and updating meetings there.
The other side of the role is ad-hoc online research: collecting concise information, summarising findings, and presenting them in clear, well-formatted documents. Accuracy and speed are equally important—my preference is for someone who can turn most tasks around the same day they are assigned.
Deliverables I’ll look for:
• A consistently up-to-date Outlook calendar with zero conflicts
• Brief, well-structured research summaries (links and sources included)
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit, so please highlight any relevant Outlook scheduling experience and demonstrate how quickly you can begin.
