Virtual Assistant for Admin Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to hand off the routine admin work that clutters my day so I can focus on bigger priorities. The role is 100 % remote and centres on two core duties carried out in Microsoft Outlook.
Appointment scheduling
• Own my calendar: propose slots, confirm meetings, send reminders and prevent double-booking.
• Juggle multiple time zones smoothly.
Email management
• Triage the inbox, draft or queue quick replies and archive messages into the right folders.
• Deliver a concise end-of-day summary of anything that still needs my input.
Deliverables
• Outlook calendar always current and conflict-free.
• Inbox consistently under 20 unread messages.
• Daily progress summary delivered by 5 p.m. my time.
Outlook expertise is non-negotiable; familiarity with tools like Google Calendar or Calendly is welcome but optional. If you’ve previously provided remote administrative support and can start within a week, tell me how you’d streamline this workflow and share a brief example of a similar setup you’ve managed successfully.
