Phase 2: System Health and Performance Optimization
The goal is to ensure the laptop is running at peak efficiency and speed.
Comprehensive System Check: Conduct a full check of the laptop's operating system (Windows), startup processes, and critical software.
Performance Tuning: Optimize system settings, clear temporary files, and check for any unnecessary background programs to improve overall speed and responsiveness.
Security Review (Optional but Preferred): Ensure basic antivirus/security software is up-to-date and running correctly.
Phase 3: Data Clean-up and Storage Migration
I need to free up internal storage space by moving large files onto an external drive.

Final Cleanup: Empty the trash/recycle bin and confirm the correct amount of internal storage space has been recovered.
