Troubleshooting with Microsoft Outlook 2021

Microsoft Office 2021. I need a solution that allows me to maintain two inactive (1 is deleted; 1 has changed password) mailboxes in the regular view, but without Outlook prompting me with error messages requesting to sign in again.
