Support creating an outlook emails

I need guidance creating a an outlook email for my business (.for example name @esg.com). Anything needed to create the email address like a domain name or other purchases will be purchased separately by me. This is a small project. I only need guidance and instruction for how to do this because I do not know how to set this up.
