Retail Shop Maintenance Coordinator
Budget: $400 – $450 SGD
In this role, you'll be instrumental to the successful upkeep of our retail shop.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate with diverse contractors, such as plumbers, technicians, and electricians, to carry out specialized repairs.
- Communicate and report to general manager on a daily basis.
A successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrable experience in project coordination.
- Be proficient in managing different types of maintenance work and good communication in English.
- Possess effective communication skills for daily reporting and interaction with contractors.
Please note, this job doesn't involve cleaning or repairing equipment. Rather, you'll orchestrate the performance of these tasks by others. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance procedures for a thriving retail environment.
The rate is monthly rate for part time 5 hours each day Mon to Fri.
