Repair Microsoft Outlook File

I'm not able to get microsoft office 365 to work on my work email. When I run the send receive function it just gets hung up on synchronizing subscribed folders for "my email". Reinstalled windows, run the OST/PST repair file program, searched high and low online for advice. Nothing is working. My personal email however works fine. I need this to work and I'm going crazy having my email not fully work.
