Publish Outlook Add-in to Marketplace
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have an Outlook email-management add-in that already works, including seamless integration with several third-party services. Now I need a specialist who has demonstrable, recent experience steering Office add-ins through the Microsoft compliance maze and getting them listed on AppSource / Microsoft Marketplace so they appear directly inside Outlook for 365 email users.
You will guide and execute the entire submission cycle: preparing or fine-tuning the manifest, passing all Office Add-in Validator checks, completing the Partner Centre questionnaires, security & privacy documentation, and any required functional, performance, and accessibility tests. When Microsoft requests clarifications or remediation, you’ll own those conversations and updates until the listing is live and searchable.
Deliverables
• Marketplace listing approved and publicly available in AppSource and the in-product experience
• Final, signed-off manifest package and supporting compliance docs
• A brief hand-off note explaining any future maintenance steps (version updates, certification renewals)
Acceptance criteria
1. AppSource status shows “Published” with no outstanding actions.
2. Add-in installs and launches from Outlook web, desktop, and mobile under a test tenant provided by me.
3. All Microsoft compliance tickets closed.
If you have shipped similar email-management add-ins before—especially those that integrate external services—please tell me which ones and roughly how long the process took. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
