Outlook 365 with Google Workspace link IT Support

I am seeking support for a small issue I am having with my Outlook 365 email that is linked to my google gmail Workplace account. I have emails since 2014 that I must keep. I moved around a few folders to consolidate and now every time I open outlook it freeze. When I open an email or document within the email it freezes. I know it has to do with either my amount of emails I have stored and or PST. I need help to fix this. Thank you
