Outlook 2021 setup

Have an outlook 2010 legacy set up with several email addresses and hundreds of ost and pst files to convert/merge/sync to the new outlook installation. It's pretty messy, so I am looking for someone with knowledge and skill sets beyond the typical easy setup.
