Outlook 365 expert

I am looking for an Outlook 365 expert with excellent English skills to help me with a specific issue. My Outlook isn’t working as I would like and I need somebody with knowledge and experience to be able to troubleshoot and technically support me one time. My issue is not an urgent matter and needs to be resolved within a week. I need an expert who is able to identify the root of my problem and provide the necessary solutions.
