Outlook add-in for checking valid links

Hi,
I am looking for an experienced developer for creating an outlook add-in that can work with some kind of authorization. A user that has no authorization should not be able to use the add-in.
The add-in should be able to scan the content of a selected email for links. The links should be checked against a DB with valid and invalid links. If a link is valid, it should turn green. If a link is invalid, it should turn red. If a link is unknown, it should turn orange/yellow.
The person that I am looking for will be able to show me at least one sample of a created add-in.
