I need a skilled Outlook 365 specialist to train my team, in person. Based in Vancouver. The training is aimed at improving their proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, assuming that most have basic knowledge but could use guidance to be more effective in their roles. This individual will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive training program for Outlook 365
- Implementing this program for individuals, one-on-one and as a team of over 30 members
- Addressing specific questions and troubleshooting any issues during the training process.
The ideal freelancer should have vast experience in using and teaching Outlook 365 and possess great communication skills. A background in IT support or training is also preferred.
