Outlook 365 Macro to format Salutation

I simply want to have a macro to run in Outlook when I start a new email that will format the salutation.
After I put in the person's name in the first line, I want the macro to change the font to Arial Black, make it Bold and font size of 16, and then Hex color of #CC9900
