My 90 year old mother-in-law is encountering a perplexing issue where her saved emails are mysteriously disappearing from Outlook, which she uses as the front-end for managing her Gmail account on her Windows 11 computer. Her practice is to set up a number of subfolders for different topics or people, and then move emails to these folders to keep track of them and keep her Inbox count low. In the last several weeks, she has noticed that (apparently randomly) emails are disappearing from some of these folders but not from others.
